He Shuman

He Shuman is currently the Director of the Gifted and Talented Professional Committee of the Chinese Talent Research Association. She previously taught at the School for the Gifted Young at the University of Science and Technology of China. In interviews, she emphasizes that education for gifted children requires support from schools, families, and society. She advocates for early identification and nurturing of potential through scientific assessment. She has repeatedly called for creating a relaxed environment in the media to allow high-potential students to develop freely, and is an important promoter of gifted education in China.
