Deborah Eyre

Professor Deborah Eyre is a leading education academic and the founder of High Performance Learning (HPL). HPL’s background notes that she developed the framework after researching how successful learners think and learn, concluding that intelligence is not fixed and that high performance should be achievable for all students. Through HPL she works with schools globally to embed high‑performance culture and has authored numerous books and articles advocating for evidence‑based approaches to teaching and learning.
