Fu Xiaolan

Fu Xiaolan is the Director of the Institute of Psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, specializing in cognitive psychology and talent assessment research. At the 45th anniversary symposium of the Institute of Psychology, she shared her expertise on how psychological research can support the cultivation of innovative talents. Her research provides a theoretical foundation for gifted education in China.
