LabTalento – Italian Laboratory for Research and Development of Talent, Potential, and Giftedness (University of Pavia)

LabTalento, established in 2009 at the University of Pavia, conducts research and interventions to promote the development of potential and talent in children and adolescents. It is led by Prof. Maria Assunta Zanetti and Prof. Eliano Pessa. The laboratory highlights that about 5% of students have high cognitive potential, often unrecognized, and offers assessment pathways, training for teachers and families, and a support network. The headquarters is in Piazza Botta in Pavia.
